Congratulations to everyone who took part in Sports Day this week. The atmosphere was electric! Thank you to parents and carers who came to support the event. Pupils have been busy in their P.E lessons preparing to compete in javelin, chest push, long jump, speed bounce and the egg and spoon race. The whole school then took part in a relay race in their interhouse teams, some staff even stretched their legs and joined in the fun. All teams gave an outstanding performance; Mercury were very impressive, they won 2 events, the teamwork award and the relay. Congratulations to all pupils in Mercury house who were our sports day winners and overall interhouse winners for the year. We celebrate with a trip to Lea Green next week!
